All Services: - You may use the Services and Content only for personal, noncommercial purposes (except as set forth in the App Store Content section below). - Apple’s delivery of Services or Content does not transfer any commercial or promotional use rights to you, and does not constitute a grant or waiver of any rights of the copyright owners. - You can use Content from up to five different Apple IDs on each device. - For any Service, you can have up to 10 devices (but only a maximum of 5 computers) signed in with your Apple ID at one time, though simultaneous streams or downloads of Content may be limited to a lower number of devices as set out below under Apple Music and Apple TV content. Each computer must also be authorized using the same Apple ID (to learn more about authorization of computers, visit https://support.apple.com/HT201251). - You may access our Services only using Apple’s software, and may not modify or use modified versions of such software. - Video Content requires an HDCP connection.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

3.1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 5 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made via Call.

3.2. No-Show: If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and we reserve the right to release your table to other guests.

4. Arrival and Seating

4.1. Arrival Time: Please arrive promptly for your reservation. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible.

4.2. Seating Requests: We will do our best to accommodate any special seating requests, but we cannot guarantee specific tables or areas.

5. Dining Time

5.1. Dining Duration: Reservations are typically for a maximum of 5 hours. 

6. Special Requests and Dietary Requirements

6.1. Special Requests: If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate them, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

6.2. Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.

7. Payment

7.1. Pricing: All prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.

7.2. Deposits: For certain reservations (e.g., large groups, special events), a deposit may be required. You will be informed of this at the time of booking.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Data Use: By making a reservation, you agree that we may use your personal data to manage your booking and provide our services.
